We also carry a comprehensive range of kitchen gadgets, knives, bakeware, storage solutions, and dining ware.
Many of our products are induction-compatible. Please check the individual product description page for details on cooktop compatibility. Look for the “Induction Compatible” icon or specific mention in the product specifications.
Our products are made from a variety of high-quality materials, including stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, ceramic, glass, silicone, and BPA-free plastics. Each product page lists the specific materials used in its construction.
Care instructions vary depending on the material. Generally, for non-stick cookware, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and avoiding abrasive scrubbers. For cast iron, seasoning and hand-washing are key. For stainless steel, dishwasher use is often acceptable.
Vinegar Solution
This acidic solution dissolves mineral deposits.
- Create the solution: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in the pot/pan.
- Soak or boil: Either let it soak for 15-30 minutes or bring to a gentle boil for 5-10 minutes.
- Scrub gently: Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to wipe away loosened deposits.
- Rinse thoroughly: Wash with dish soap and water.
The Lemon Juice Scrub
If you don’t have vinegar on hand, lemon juice works similarly due to its citric acid content.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly onto the spots. Alternatively, you can rub the cut side of a lemon directly against the steel.
- Allow the juice to sit for a few minutes to break down the minerals.
- Rinse with warm water and dry immediately with a microfiber towel.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Yes, we charge BD 1/- shipping charge. Orders over BD20 qualify for free shipping.
Processing typically takes 1 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. Usually we deliver in 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.
No, we don’t ship internationally. We deliver all over Bahrain only.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 10-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Used items may be returned within 3 days if they’re defective. Some clearance items are final sale.
Log into your account, go to “Order History,” select the item, and click “Return.” Then contact our customer service representative to initiate the return process.
Yes! You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value.
We provide warranty for all products against manufacturing defects for 1 year. Contact our support team with photos/details, and we’ll replace or refund it free of charge.
